Order Returns

We offer a 7 day return policy exclusively for items that are defective or incorrect. The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved by our support team before returning.

To initiate a return, please email us at, info@7t7.ae or call +971 56 101 2377 with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and shipping details.

If the return is due to a defect or a mistake from our side, 77 will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect. We do not offer size or color exchanges at this time due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products. Please contact us for assistance with your exchange request.
