3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies based on the destination and product availability. We use Aramex as our logistics partner, and all shipments include tracking.

Note: We do not ship on UAE public holidays or Fridays. External factors such as customs, weather conditions, or public holidays may cause delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is currently free of charge for all orders. If this policy changes, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout. Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas, and these will be communicated before confirming your order.
