Thank you for shopping at 77. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury products. Due to the nature of our goods, returns and refunds are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item.

2. Return Eligibility

•The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

•You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

•All returns require prior approval from our support team before shipping back any item.

3. Return Process

•If the return is approved, we will share the return instructions and delivery address.

•Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

•A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

•Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank/card provider.

5. Shipping Costs

•If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, 77 will cover the return shipping cost.

•If not approved or does not meet the return conditions, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and the product may be returned to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Once the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
